AI-assisted workflow

A first-year cohort fell short of the 75% pass mark on an ICT literacy test. With AI as a working partner, I analysed individual test reports and grouped the results into 38 practical skills. This showed which difficulties the whole group shared and which were individual.

The result: a lesson plan for the shared gaps, and a personalised remediation plan for each student, with curated resources and a homework budget matched to their level.

The AI did the heavy lifting; I kept control of the content. That is human-first automation.
