Every project here started with the same question: how can this be simpler?

Some of these projects are tools I built for organisations —-to reduce manual work, bring scattered information together, or make approval processes run without constant follow-up. Others are training materials, designed to help people work more confidently with the tools they already have.

The contexts vary. The approach doesn't: listen first, then build something that genuinely fits.
