Onboarding Site

New colleagues often get everything at once: names, structures, courses, procedures. It's easy to get lost.

For the International Business Management programme at KdG, I built an onboarding website that guides new lecturers and staff step by step. It introduces them to the organisation and its structure, gives them an overview of the curriculum and competences, and helps them find their way through the admin.

The site follows a fixed sequence. Everyone can start at their own pace and come back later to find what they need. New starters don't have to remember everything straight away, because it's all in one place.
